ChamberSolutions® is pleased to provide a full range of health programs to meet the needs of nearly every Chamber member business. From low-cost discount programs to comprehensive major medical insurance programs, we’re certain our flexible plans provide the perfect remedy for your insurance solution. Choose the plan that’s right for your business.

Limited Health Insurance - $$
FringeMark

The least costly of our insurance offerings, this program pays fixed reimbursements for “everyday” health care expenses, including office visits, lab and x-ray, inpatient hospital confinements, emergency room, and surgery. Even if you have other coverage in place such as high deductible plans, FringeMark can be used as a supplement to pay deductibles, co-pays or coinsurance that are not covered by other policies. No medical questions or physical exams are needed to qualify for coverage and most covered services begin as soon as you are enrolled - no waiting periods. FringeMark is designed specifically for the uninsured, underinsured or individuals (yes, one-person groups and 1099 employees are eligible) who have been priced out of the market for traditional major medical coverage. Basic Health Insurance - $$$
Horizons Cost Saver

Cost Saver addresses the high cost of health insurance and provides important first-dollar benefits to groups. The Cost Saver program provides coverage for the types of benefits employees request most often – benefits like office visit co-pays and prescription drug co-pays. To keep premium costs down, the program utilizes annual benefit maximums on covered services. Because there is no medical underwriting, this benefit plan is easily accessible. Designed specifically for the small group market (2-99 employees), Cost Saver is a unique health plan alternative to the out-of-control costs most employers confront for typical group health insurance. For details and pricing on this coverage option, please click here.

Traditional Group Health Insurance - $$$$
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield

The Anthem program is our flagship product and our most comprehensive health insurance offering. Member businesses have access to a wide variety of plan designs and provider network options. Available to Chamber member businesses from 2-99 employees, the Anthem program provides some of the very best coverage available. And, with more than 50 plan designs to choose from, monthly premiums can be tailored to fit most any budget. Although monthly premiums are not discounted, the ChamberSolutions® program features extra benefits, known as value-added benefits that enhance each plan. The specific value-added benefits are determined by the benefit plan selected. Best of all, these benefits are FREE to Chamber member firms. Examples of value-added benefits include free preventive care and wellness screenings, additional wellness coverage, free supplemental accident rider, reduced inpatient co-payments, free hearing screenings, and discounted hearing aids. The Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield program is designed for those businesses seeking the most comprehensive coverage and the broadest networks of providers. Health Savings Account
ChamberSolutions HSA

A Health Savings Account, or HSA, can be a valuable tool to help you save money for medical expenses for you and your family. An HSA is a tax-exempt account established primarily for the purpose of paying qualified medical expenses. Most people who are covered under an IRS qualified High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can open and contribute to an HSA.
HSA ADVANTAGES
TAX DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS AND DISTRIBUTIONS

The money you deposit into your HSA will reduce your taxable income for the year, even if you don’t itemize your taxes. If you make deposits to the account, the money can be 100% tax deductible, up to the IRS maximum. Withdrawals made for qualified medical expenses are tax-free. A complete list of qualified medical expenses is available through the Internal Revenue Service at www.irs.gov.
UNUSED CONTRIBUTIONS ROLLOVER
Another advantage is that you are not obligated to use the money you contribute to your HSA each calendar year. The money can remain in the account and earn interest until you need it – whether that’s next month, next year or in 10 years. At the age of 65, the account can be used as retirement savings or continue to be used for medical expenses, it’s your money you decide.
ChamberSolutions® is pleased to assist Chamber member businesses and their employees with finding a user friendly, accessible and affordable Health Savings Account. Regardless of the insurer that is selected to provide the qualified High Deductible Health Plan, you can utilize the ChamberSolutions HSA. Why use the ChamberSolutions HSA?
